BAD EXPERIENCE WITH FEDOR DEZYN
GIVING EVERYONE A WARNING ABOUT DEALING WITH THIS GUY. I ORDERED AND PAID FOR SOME OF HIS HEMS AND MIDPIPES 8-17-09. TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS TO RECIEVE THE HEMS WITH NO GASKETS OR HARDWARE AS AGREED. THE MID PIPES I STILL DONT HAVE.HE DID OFFER SOME PLENUM SPACERS AS COMPENSATION. WEEKS HAVE GONE BY, BEEN VERY PATIENT AND ACCEPTED ALL OF THE EXCUSES. ON 9-28-09 ASKED FOR A REFUND, GOT NO REPLY FOR DAYS THEN ON 10-1-09 OPENED A PAYPAL DISPUTE FOR REFUND, THEN I RECIEVE AN EMAIL FROM HIM WITH ANOTHER EXCUSE PROBABLY BECAUSE HE GOT THE DISPUTE FROM PAYPAL, I GAVE HIM ONE MORE CHANCE BECAUSE HE SAID EVERYTHING WAS READY TO GO, I REPLIED BACK TO HIM THAT I WOULD AGREE ONLY IF HE WAS GOING TO SHIP OUT EVERYTHING WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TO PROVE IT. TWO MORE DAYS PAST STILL NO TRACKING NUMBERS AND NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL. NOW I HAVE A DYNO SESSION SCHEDULED WHICH I WANTED MY EXHAUST ON WHEN I GET A CUSTOM TUNE. NOW I DONT HAVE THE PARTS AND WILL PROBABLY EITHER HAVE TO LOSE OUT ON THIS OPPURTUNITY TO GET TUNED OR PAY FOR ANOTHER TUNE AFTER THE EXHAUST IS ON, EITHER WAY I'M SCREWED.

probably waiting for his fabricator to complete the parts you ordered...
Get your money back and wait for a used set of shorties or HEM's.. or contact Kleemann or Renntech for a new set.
one thing I have learned about tuning.. it takes time.

I think the big problem with a lot of these smaller tuners is that their cash flow is usually low. Once something is ordered, they spend the money on bills, etc.. Then when it comes time to do any refunds, etc.. they get stuck. And they don't have a good enough credit line to get cash from the bank (esp more so these days when banks are hesitant to extend under secured cash loans)

... trust me, there's going to be a lot more "bad experiences" where that came from
Where the hell are the moderators? This guy should be banned
I had a 4 + month ordeal getting a refund (approx 1000) from Vadim. Broken promises... followed by more broken promises. I would never buy a FD product new or used ever, no way I'm going to support his bullsht business practices.
If you don't file with Paypal within 45 days you're screwed. Luckily I paid by Visa and they issued a chargeback.

Good luck, you're going to need it.
