e55 LET Parts/Tune & 02 clk 55
I have hre's with perfect offset. Currently have 245/35/19 and 285/30/19 without any rubbing with no fendergap.
Wanted more tire for a little better ride.

i run 255/35/19 and 285/30/19 with perfect offset and no rubbing even when fully lowered. a shop accidentally mounted 255/35/19's on my rears some time ago and they rubbed going out of the shop driveway at normal ride height.

I ran those tire sized on my HRE's as well. Never rubbed as well even when lowered. They were rims built for a C32.

What is the offset on your hre wheels front and back? I am looking at a used set of hre wheels and the offset is front +21 back +40. Fronts are 20/9.5 with 245/35/20 tires and backs are 20/10.5 with 285/30/20 tires. I have an 2004 e55. what do you think? Thanks

I know this thread is old but what about a square setup, 255/40/19 on a w212 e550 no airmatic. not lowered. Was going to do 19x9 on a 43 offset. I like the 5spoke cls500 19x8.5 with a 34.5 offset all the way around
