CTS-V's rock BTW. I don't think the car in the OG Video is running right, but either way, how are you guys saying an M5 can take it up top? I'd assume with the V's extra HP, it shouldn't be a problem. Although I know the M5's are geared to, and really shine in the high high speeds.

Here is some video for you guys to fight over aswell.
The m5 with SMG is FASTER than the CTS-V.. It traps higher from multiple places i have seen the 2 be put up aganist eachother, maybe the 6MT M5 might lose. As for the OP video, the M5 is trapping higher by the 1/4mile, cant compare track times and such to a E-timed airfield run as was done here with others time. Elevation, temp, track and equipment used all vary and as will the traps. Plus the M5 got a late start it seems.

^ good info.. But the M5 walked the Is-f aswell, which what i expected for stock M5 vs a intake/no cats IS-F...
If it was as modded as you say, The M5 would have beaten the is-f by alot more, the IS-F was actually sticking with it for a little. So maybe it was NOT really modded?

Cant believe this race ... according to my races against M5 from 0-280 kmh ... i was ahead by 2-4 car length ... and my car is stock ... i think my new E63 will kill M5 same what i did with my CTS-V
