A few forum members having fun!!!
Hey Guys,
The other night MikesAMG, Cahiil55k, and myself took a drive down to Mexico for a few friendly runs. All the runs on were done from 30-130+. Have fun and enjoy.

Nice vids. Looks like you have a quick car there bassn.
Ive got to ask, been wondering about it for a while, - what is the deal with Mexico? - Dont they have speed limits or something down there?

Great runs! But why no gas...Wouldn't that hurt performance on some cars if run too low? I know on our V12's that a big no no... I know you guys might have done it for weight savings
Alam- Your car is a beast man! What wheels are you running, tires, etc? Looks hawt!

I didn't manual shift during the run, only to drop into first gear before the race and then into 5th after the race. Alan's car is a freak that pulls like no other. Mike's car beat me on an earlier 50-130 run which was not recorded. I beat Mike on a 30-130 run. Mike had a passenger.

We race in Mexico because there is nothing better than speed followed by an al pastor taco and a dos equis cerveza.

good stuff!
looks it was very safe place to run. No cars, only 2 lanes, and center divider.
This reminds me.. I need tires. After seeing those runs to 130+, my tires are very noisy and feel not stable..

A Prius because I'm green
My car had no gas because it was late and I had to drive over an hour to get there after driving around all day. There's no Chevron or Mobil station in Mexico
We need to do another run because I normally don't spin off the line and shoot in front of Alan by a car. My tire pressure was too high but it would be nice to show how his car picks up and will still fly right by me like it's nothing. Alan I'm coming for you! haha can't wait to get those other guys out there with the box to record our 60-130.

Tire pressure too high? I keep mine at 40 psi, what did you have yours at? It's safe to say we both spun about the same amount in first gear. I just spun less then before because I feathered into it a little easier instead of smashing the pedal like I do with drag slicks.... Street racing in Mexico is a whole lot different than the track.

Why haven't you updated your signature? Didn't you run a 11.506 or something like that with PC's tune?

Cooler weather could be the reason for tire slippage.
