Star Diagnostic How To DIY with lots o pics

But seriously, nope, and if it wouldn't be raining right now like the world comes to an end here in San Diego, I would go outside and check it out! I wanted to replace the impact strips with Euro impact strips anyways but I never found the right part number to order them. I think those side markers just look gay!

Problem solved now
It was due to bad wire connection at the back of the car plug...
This is necessary to add it if you want to have this new limit appearing in the list.
If someone having this value could share it, it would be highly appreciated

Almost all MB's - regardless of end destination - have vMax set. For the R171 as an example, Parktronic was never available stateside, neither were folding mirrors, or ATA interior motion sensors. Just like in ROW, SAT radio is not available, TPMS is not available on some models and years. Another example would be side markers - my UK front bumper is nice and smooth, while the US has orange side markers.
Netherlands disables navigation input with speed > 2kp/h, Gulf States sets a soft vMax at 120 kph, and setting to "Japan" does all manner of weird stuff!

I don't have the bit settings handy, but I did discover a couple of them through trial and error. I'll see if I can dig them up, it's been a while!

That is interesting that TPMS wasn't available on early ones in RoW.
The Japanese are weird anyways
Maybe the settings just match their style and behavior
True, but remember country specific settings override custom ones. So if you switch to Netherlands to - for example - try and figure out the bit-masks for "enable interior ATA sensor with top down", you end up overwriting everything else. They can still be over ridden, obviously, but it becomes a pain in the **** to remember what you have to undo.
I drove around without my mirrors folding in for a week because I forgot to code the damn things back "on" before leaving home!
