Power Supply?
If it's here in this thread, I missed it.

What are guys using as a power supply for the car when working with DAS or doing flashing? I don't want to run down my car's battery. Any reasonably priced alternatives out there?

remove the small screws on the enclosure and make sure the drive itself is seated correctly.

Lower the front left strut maybe 2 steps or raise the front right or a combination of both.

Unless you are 100.% sure that you are calibrating ride height on a perfectly horizontal surface (such as an alignment rack), it is gonna be tough getting dead even gaps across both sides of the car. I blame this on the rear struts sharing a single sensor.

i understand, the funny thing is that the front ones are dead even, could it be bc i have almost half a tank of fuel? could the weight cause it to ride up?

ok finished my lowering, i know im **** but here is what i got
front is 22 15/16 from the bottom lip of the rim to the lip of the fender
rear is 23 same bottom lip of the rimto lip of fender
ill be looking at it as i drive it and once i get a chance to put it in a flat surface ill double check everything.

Gus, I had similar problems with my external HD and what solved it was using a dual power adapter USB cable that gets power from two USB's on your laptop but only sends the signal through one. Mine looks like this.
http://www.google.com/products/catal...d=0CH0Q8wIwAA#

Once I used that my external HD worked great. For some reason the HD wanted more power than my single USB port would provide. Give it a try it is real cheap.

Anyone in the Central NJ, Eastern PA area with one of these fancy toys? First priority for me is to get my car lowered.

Also, does the lowering affect ALL SETTINGS or just Sport 2?

good to hear, now you boys with the externals, if you have the HD space, put it on the laptop and forget dragging the external around!

ok i have a couple of questions

- do i have to have the developer in order to do changes on the car or what is that for?
- what is the difference with ROW?
- advantages and dissadvantages?
- how do i get to it? and is it there where i set all the options for seat belt buzz, keyless go buzz, speed limiter or where do i get all that stuff?

im new to the program but im trying to learn fast.

thanks guys

did what i believe the speed removal, keyless go buzzer but i could not find the one for the seat belt, if anyone could help it would be appreciated.
also i changed the setting to RDW or what most people call ROW (rest of the world)

but i have a question after all this setting were done, the cluster lights up HOLD once in a while, i notice this was only when i was moving the car inside the garage with the door open. anyone experience this before??

thanks
