Can someone possibly post the steps to set xenon = present for converting halogen car to factory xenons. I'd like to give them to my independent shop to see if they can do it. Thanks

got my stars today and repaired my srs light and keyless go reminder / chime.
anyone know if we can program a key with stars? I need a second key....my wife washed mine.

Slight correction here but essentially the same thing. It is possible to reprogram the car immobilizer (BMW call it ews ... I think Mercedes call it EDIS maybe ... It's been a while) system to accept keys but the complexity of removing parts, unsoldering of parts (for certain models) and cost of the equipment to program does not make sense to buy a used or unprogrammed key. I looked into this some time ago and just purchased from the dealer.

Information & Communication > IC Instrument Cluster > Control Unit Adaptations > Select your MY > Variant Coding > Special Equipment > Mirror Fold-In > PRESENT
Body > System Diagnosis > Control Unit Adaptations > Read Coding and Change > Programming of Vehicle Equip > Folding Outside Mirrors > FITTED
Seats/Doors > DCM-FL > Adaptations ->Read Coding and Change > Fold In Outside Mirror When Locking> ACTIVATED
You should now have the option in your Speed Cluster under Convenience.

I tried on mine.....Doesn't work. windows go up, pano doesn't...unless I am doing something wrong?

I enabled/activated everything I could find for auto close pano roof...with no luck. The only other thing I can think of is setting the car to "rest of world" which may be the ticket.

Yes to get roof to close you have to be set on ROW.
But don't forget that changes other settings that you might like so before you change that make a note of other settings.

cornering foglights:
for cornering lights, and only for post 2004, go to SAM-F and in dev mode, go to "Abiegelicht" and enable cornering lights, then reset module by locking/unlocking the car (Key off ignition)

What I was told by Steve , only if the newer cluster is under 1k miles or if you have a cluster with more than 1k miles you can move forward in mileage one time but not backwards
