MBH and EC both do a good job for their clients, from what I can tell - you're best served letting your products speak for themselves in this case, instead of petitioning for a new client to get inequitable, preferential treatment. JMHO, of course.

Your recommendation is to lift the ban on a member for (alleged) multiple TOU violations, including recurring bans due to his creation of subsequent user names to circumvent prior banning, with your justification being that he's a soon-to-be client of yours? Superficially, that appears to be more self-serving than benefitting the forum membership at large.
MBH and EC both do a good job for their clients, from what I can tell - you're best served letting your products speak for themselves in this case, instead of petitioning for a new client to get inequitable, preferential treatment. JMHO, of course.

His actions here warranted a ban albeit coming about in a strange CSI sorta way

People were saying that he doesn’t have a CLS and that he stole the pics and parts from the internet. Which is not true I don’t know about you but I wouldn’t spend money on parts for a car I didn’t own?

The member was banned in the past for justifiable reasons- he came back and was banned again, and then again. His most recent actions while not ban worthy to some in itself, were fruits of the poisonous tree- the original ban.
He is gone, time to move on.
