I'm looking to get a new set of wheels and was thinking of going back to CCW but it seems that nobody here buys CCW. Any Reason?

I think there are a couple guys on here that run CCW's or have had a set in the past.

Here are a couple pics of my previous set of CCW's. They are the C2K's finished off in matte black. They were great! Liked them alot... Originally Posted by dsc

Thanks brother...CCW is a great quality wheel, fairly priced, and superior customer service. John @ CCW is a details type of guy and is a straight shooter.Originally Posted by BenzoBoi

I think they would look great in a bigger size and a nice lip. That pic is of the race version btw
Edit: attached a couple pics of the rear classics on my car in 16". They are a pita to clean and the polished lip is hard to maintain

LOVE LOVE the guys at CCW. They just can't get enough of us insane AMG'rs running 16's on these beautiful cars. We are the talk of the place.

Jim...got the same setup for the 55...bought them off Albert (Rflow). This is a great setup for the drag.Originally Posted by Jakpro1

I didn't think 16s would fit over our brakes.

just ordered some CCW's for the back of my S65, 18 inch, custom offsets, no prob! John is the man. Reasonably priced for a custom rim!

At first I was going to with the LM20's for my W211. Jon @ CCW strongly suggested that I don't. So I decided to go with the classics. Jon once again strongly suggested that I don't. Hence why I went with the C2K's. I liked them alot but I think I would have loved the classics more.Originally Posted by Igor180

I was told that the reason why I couldn't do the classics were because the brakes are too big in the front.

I also have a set of classics for the rears in 16's for my drag set up. They are AWESOME!!!

I ran CCW on my last two cars. Lived close enough to drop by the shop personally. John spent a lot of time with me choosing the right wheels and helped me install them right then and there. Fantastic, knowledgeable guy!
Thanks everyone. I have also been very impressed with CCW. I just don't hear much talk about them, that is why I was asking. Looks like my next set of wheels are CCW again! Looking at the 505A

I have the 505's in 19's ... great wheel...looks really nice and is very light and strong...tough to keep clean due to the polish surface but if you stay on top of it, they stay looking great, using a good protective metal polish helps....

ccdubs ftw!!
lol they are light, strong, and good lookingQuote:
My current SP500s are a pain to clean also because they are polished. I didn't stay on top of that and now they need resurfacing. I was looking at getting asome kind of durable finish on the 505A I don't have time to polish wheels anymore.Originally Posted by Sunir
