Extended Warranty Help - Airmatic
I have been reading from this forum for quite some time. In fact I found my extended warranty from the suggestions here. Anyways, yesterday on my way home from work I got the awful "stop! car is too low" message. I bought the Chrysler Extended Warranty the first week of January. Since then, 2+ months have gone by and have driven the car for more than 2k miles. Should I file a claim with them now? I do not want Chrysler to give me an excuse of an existing problem that should have been documented during the warranty inspection. We all know that the airmatic issue can happen anytime. Next weekend I am flying overseas for two weeks. Should I do this after I come back? By then it will be almost 3 months from the time I purchase the warranty.

drop it off to get it fixed. I got the MB warranty when i purchased at the dealership. I got the visit workshop icon last week. Dropped it off on Monday for repairs.
Tech detailed on the invoice that the blue/red wire on the valve release was broken and replaced with new wiring harness. Tech test drove it and no more codes.. Picked it up yesterday and good to go. Invoice said under warranty, no costs.

The day I got and paid for the CSC at a Chrysler dealer, all I received was a copy of the "application". Does it mean it started coverage from that day when I paid in full? Or do I have to wait until some kind of approval?

You are covered day 1 but official paperwork doesn't come for 2-3 weeks. I just got mine in the mail yesterday and it was purchased end of February.

Search on Chrysler Extended Warranty. It is the most widely used and talked about on this forum.

call the warranty company. and ask if your warranty is up and running..
it should be.
then take it to any MB dealer.. give them your policy # and phone number to call.. thats it.
If you are near west covina.. take it Penske MB off 10 fwy and Azusa.
ask for Mike Doehla (assistant manager)
He has done about $12k worth of warranty claims on my car, including airmatic pump, struts, shocks, supercharger..
