Alan, what's the deal with them not fitting? I know the wheel bolt holes need to be opened slightly for the 14mm bolts but is there anything else holding it up?
(sorry for the jack)

So for the good, the crank pulley is on and the WP pulley clears with easy, now for the bad, None of the other pulleys seem to fit right, both the Tentioner pulley and the idler pulleys seem to be just bit to lose
Maybe its me but the factory one are "tight" and theses ones have back and forth movment. I'll call lee in the morning

I'm not down with the benzo knowledge so have no clue. Last tuner I thought was considered to be cutting edge based on the forum turned out to be a scammer and then the next tuner god turned out to be a crack head. So I've given up guessing
You getting it tuned up here before you go down. If so let me know when you will be on the dyno

Incorrect it's the offsets, SL600/SL55 has the exact same size front/rear rotors/calipers. The E55k wheel well needs a bit more room on inside, these wheels mounted w/255/50 rubber will rub unless some cutting is done.
The SL/CLS have much more aggressive offsets.

Well from speaking w/Alan, the H&R 50mm spacers we CLS/SL guys have to use aren't enough to keep that thick 255/50 rubber from inner plastic wheel well area, any more spacer would have the wheels outside the 1/4 panel like Mario Karts. Only way I see it fitting is going to a shorter tire but then the traction benefit would be lost.
So (1) of you needs to start hacking away @ wheel-well to get these bad boyz working on the E55k
Edit: After thinking on this for a bit I can't remember if Alan's research lead him to needing more room inside wheel wells or??? Either way it isn't the rotors/calipers.... There's ZERO material to machine off the wheel itself so it has to be done w/different spacer or wheel-well cutting/shaving or/and lastly rolling rear fenders, like you suggested.

I guess thats were the tuners should be coming to the rescue, at least I hope. So how about disabling the bypas? Somthing were the shaft can turn but the flap stays shut and run blow of valve on the tank? I'm just thinking out loud so dont stake me to the cross (yet)
