Which comapny would you go with?
I'm getting an extended warranty and since Chrysler is no longer doing them I've narrowed it to the following three:
Easy Care
AA Auto Protection
AutoChex
Any experience which company is best?
Thanks.

Chrysler still does them, easycare doesn't offer coverage for amg's or if they do it is expensive, and aa auto has a max payout of 3k per incident. Try direct buy or chrysler.

+1... Holy crap I don't even know how I forgot about my quote. I literally just purchased mine 12 seconds ago. They even do a financing option if you don't want to pay the bulk amount.
Mine was 4yr/100,000 miles and was $3,000 0% financed over 12 Months
And magically I can sleep again at night

Other way around...chrysler owned them. It is a reputable warranty that is backed by a large corporation and covers most everything on the car...main reason people buy it.

I best get on the ball with this. Got a quote about a month and a half ago but have been slacking on getting to an MB dealer for inspection. I now have the beautiful smell of gasoline when I start the car so I guess I need to make an appointment anyways.

After tons of looking now, Chrysler has the best coverage for the money. I spoke with Michael Case (nice guy ) and I will be going with their warranty. I still have until Septmber on my 2006 CLK55 warranty and he advised me to wait until around that time to get the extended warranty as long as I was below 60,000 miles when I do. "No point in wasting money" Honesty is hard to come by these days and I really appreciate his.
For any one doubting if Chrysler is still doing AMG warranties here is a copy from Michael's Blog:
There seems to be some confusion (mis-information) on the various MB forums concerning the availability of Chrysler Service Contracts for Mercedes-Benz vehicles (and if we are still selling these): the answer is YES. We do require that the vehicle be within its original 4 year/50k mile factory warranty; or within the CPO portion. If the vehicle is beyond this coverage, there is a used vehicle inspection required.
I'm happy, thanks for the help guys.

I just got my 5y/70K mile Maximum Care from Michael yesterday afternoon. I have an 06 with just over 49K. Michael was fantastic to work with and called back or e-mailed "every" time and within hours, at the latest.
I will tell you that even though I was "just" out of the factory warranty, I needed to get a used vehicle inspection which I did at an O.C. MB Dealer. I did have to replace one thing that was on the list.
Review the "Document Library" on Michael's site and you can see the inspection form and a 5-page "sample" contract to review.
A+ for my experience so far and seems to be the best value out there.

As of May 21, 2010, Chrysler is no longer doing extended warranties for Mercedes Benz. No personal experience with Easycare, but a friend with a 10 yr old car has been happy with them.
