MB Dealer in NOVA

Any recommendations? Taking my car for service and wondering if ppl have had some good/bad experiences with the local dealers (AMC, MB Of Alexandria, Tysons corner etc) here.

I'd really appreciate the help.

had good experience at HBL Tysons and probably the same service will be at Chantilly one. Stay far away from MB of Alexandria!!!

Chantilly was great to me on the purchase and repair of the hail damage (on the lot) one week prior. No hassles...just took care of things without having to ask twice (which was the norm for the MINI and Subaru I owned).

I prefer American Service Center for any dealer warranty related things. But the boys at www.benzeliteautomotive.com are outstanding and I know Eddie and Emile personally. These gentlemen both worked at ASC, before opening up their own MB shop. Their certified MB technicians. They have worked on my E63 in the past, and I would definitely take it to them again. They charged me $75 for a complete brake flush, try finding that price somehere else. Outstanding service and a great reputation and price.

+1 Can't say enough good things about them and luckily enough for you - B paves the way with all the fabrication mods

They have done all the mods and all the maintenance on my car (I live less than two miles away from EuroMotor cars and I still go to them). Outstanding guys who do great work at great prices.

The one time my car was at ASC, the service kind of sucked, but I don't actually live in NOVA anymore so who knows...The people at HBL service always seem nice, but I've never had anything done there...

Now why didn't I think of that.....lol.

Btw when my lovely bride decided a check engine light is not really very important and drove her Mazda while over heating....for 40 miles, I decided to swap in a new motor. Eddie at Benz Elite did the job flawlessly and in just a few days. These guys can work on any car and even adjusted their hourly on the Mazda job to be competitive with other Jap shops.

NICE. Thanks guys. It seems benz elite is the place to take my car. Coincidently, I take my lexus to a mechanic who is on Eisenhower ave as well.

I am sure these guys have also worked with chrysler warranty if the do all this work on the AMG's.

DO NOT GO to MB Alexandria or Tysons. I hear that benzelite is a great business.

Dropped my car of at mb of chantilly to take care of a few warranty related issues. All SA's are new. Dont know much abt MB in general let alone AMG's. I am hoping the techs are more familiar with the AMG's.

They have only been opened for 2 months. Customer service was good but the lack of knowledge kinda turned me off. I will keep you guys posted.

Oh, also, is there a way to PROVE to them that the chirp noise and the lag isnt normal on our cars? They keep insisting its the supercharge noise and completely normal...
