What would you say if I told you that a Wanna-Be Tuner's Jealousy makes them Lie?
Here's the jealousy induced lie, hypothetically speaking:
Hypothetically, It's obvious as to why someone would start a hypothetical lie like this:
1) Jealousy is eating the hypothetical person alive (let's call him KockmoLC56 to conceal his identity) that another CL65 beat his CL65 by a tenth and has been trying for months to get the title back, including modifying his turbos with billet wheels, porting the compressor side, and reducing the weight of the car (notice no outrageous hypothetical claims made by KockmoLC56 against other tuners when KockmoLC56's E.T. was the fastest - Kockmo can't throw stones from his hypothetical glass house);
2) Any intelligent person would see that the hypothetical person making such a negative hypothetical lie about a well respected hypothetical tuner must be *** drunk from being on their hypothetical knees at the tuner's shop they are trying to hypothetically promote with this hypothetical lie;
3) The hypothetical person's liddle feewings are hurt because the well respected tuner they are trying to disparage with this thread refused to work on their car and desperately wanted them to. (I have seen PMs to prove it and will forward to anyone that wants them, hypothetically speaking);
4) The hypothetical liar was offered the opportunity to inspect the car he is hypothetically trying to disparage, and he declined, because he would have to put his hypothetical money where his hypothetical mouth is. (I have seen PMs to prove this as well and will forward to anyone that wants them, hypothetically speaking);
5) The hypothetical liar would have to be seriously delusional to think anybody who knows anything about a CL65 would believe that any real tuner (such as Renntech, Brabus, etc) needs to use NOS on a CL65 to beat the hypothetical CL65 by a tenth of a second. See number #2 above as to why the delusion might occur.
Get the hypothetical picture?
Let's say in a TOTALLY hypothetical situation that someone on this board gathered conclusive proof that a Tuner was blatantly misrepresenting the performance of their tunes and supporting mods. Should this person disclose these facts or should the truth come out? I can see a street racer or hustler misrepresent their set up in hopes of luring an unknowing opponent into a money race, but a Tuner? Is it right for a Tuner to flat out lie about the extent of the mods and upgraded components that are on a shop/customer car in order drive sales and make their tunes appear more capable? Let's also suppose that this tuner had all the employees sign a legal document to not disclose these "secret mods" under the threat of a major lawsuit? Would the existence of such a document mean that they are protecting their IP or hiding something? Again, totally hypothetical

Well the way I see it, is that for majority of the tuners, tuning is their primary source of income. Now if they are doing something wrong/falsifying information yes I am all for exposing them. But on the other hand if a particular individual is trying harm the image of a reputable tuner for some other selfish reason, then I feel that is just wrong.

It's good to see both sides of the story but you should have posted your rebuttal in the original thread since it is still unlocked. Now I'm stuck reading between two hypothetical threads, which if two wrongs don't make a right and two rights don't make a left, then your hypotheticals cancel each other out and you're both stating facts, which doesn't make much sense to me.

seriously...
OP YOUR not in the risk of getting sued by legally binding contract so if you REALLY have the proof you should just post it.. NOT HYPOTHETICALLY SPEAKING

Can we get down to the brass tacks and facts of the matter at hand? I think we all are in consensus on that.

Finally some "hypothetical" information from the other side....
In my opinion, it is always an extremely good call for big and well-respected hypothetical tuners to NOT TOUCH cars that have been messed with by a million other tuners because the last tuner always gets the blame when a catastrophic failure occurs. It has happened many times in the past and will continue to happen many times in the future.

Why hide under a new screen name?? Didn't the OP post in his original screen name? To me it's like throwing a rock and hiding your hand.
If you were really trying to face the hypothetical BS…then there would be no need to hide under a fake name. Ohh well...carry on.

Common guys, this is way too much drama for the whole tuner vs tuner type debates..... although I think it's probably good entertainment for Fridays

Just a like a ball game with stats.
So far we are at a staggering 49 uses of Hypothetic and it's variants.
Well on pace to shatter the record set in the other thread.
