Nice setup and I'm guessing it is just starting to be good drag weather in HotLanta.

The BFG drag radial is great, the KDW2's not so much. Good god those tires suck, quiet for the first 200 miles then howl city with crappy grip

I've never had BFG's but from what members that ran them 3-4yrs ago said that they are great for stock power but once they added mods they didn't hook as well which led people like Derek switching to MT's and for some the MT's don't give the 60' that they are looking for so people like Alan switched to Hoosier's.

They hook pretty nice once they are warmed up and I did not want a 40 profile sidewall. I have run them in the past and had great results plus they should accelerate a little quicker than a MT due to the lower profile. A good heating is key to get this things to hook along with 15 psi

Wheels and tires were around 40lbs in the rear I believe. The tires only start shinning once the middle of the tread becomes bare which does not take long, just a few dustings is all it needs.

tires are 27 lbs unmounted . are they rep wheels? maybe 25 lbs for the wheels. 52 lbs fairly heavy rotational weight for a drag setup.

The Comp Orange was sold and was an 04 Terminator cobra with a $500 payment. It started it pinch my pockets so I put both the e55 and cobra up for sale a while back. The cobra sold within a week due to it been 1 of 72 made on that color combination world wide.

This white girl is a 96 cobra and cost next to nothing. It still makes for a fun daily with 300rwhp and 4.56 gears

Great minds think alike. I love the look of these rims. I still have to get used to it though going from black rims as it has changed the whole persona off the e55.

The black rims made it look more sporty and WAY more aggressive whilst these add elegance but upon closer look, the drag radials do mean trouble is just around the corner

The only thing I did not like about them in the past was that they got so soft and sticky when driving that they would start to pick up road debris and fling it on the underside of the car
