I think that's the ideal beauty of an E63.

The KBB is 37.8-43.5k assuming excellent condition.

They're 35-38K at the highline auctions.

You might get lucky since your color combo + pano is so sick

I think you could get 38-40k with that color combo and options.

Sorry to see her go, she is beautiful

I bought my 2005 CPO'd Black/Black/Black with 44k this month for $28,850. I'm not sure if you're just reading inflated prices or what. I posted the KBB values for his car along with auction prices [which of course will be less than market value].

A friend in Dallas bought her White/Pano 2008 E63 for 35k at the auctions this month.

Negative...check Manheim prices.

$40k will probably be the selling price for the OP's car...asking price, who knows. "Book" unfortunately is not $52k for a '07 with 50k miles.

my post was sarcasm.. simply stating that the members of mbworld are out of their minds.. they all think their 05-06 hig hmileage e55's are worth double

Show me someone trying to sell a 2005 E55 with nearly 100K mile for $38K !!! I just bought a 2005 E55 with 45K miles for $33,700 and I think I may have overpaid a bit, but the car is in absolutely perfect condition inside and out, so I am happy with the deal.

------ Sorry.... Just saw your sarcasm remark.

Just as a comparison my dealer offered $58-59k on my 2009 with 19k on it. It has pano and everything, blah blah.

The MSRP means nothing of course. We all pretty much know that. Posting it is only for somebody who knows nothing about AMGs and Mercedes in general.

My dealer said they are a hard sell right now (of course, what would you expect him to say.) Unless you price really low. People are looking for bargains in this economy and EXPECT bargains (the reason why they're buying right now.) More sellers out there than buyers at this time. That is definitely true.

Even KBB/Black Book means little except to the uninitiated buyer. Manheim seems to be the starting point even for retail. I guess go with Manheim and add the extra retail that you can.

Not a great time to be a seller. Maybe you can hold on to it for a while. But then AMGs depreciate just sitting, too. It's kind of a no win.

Good luck with the sale. I'd personally start with auction pricing and add the retail you feel comfortable with. The point is to sell the car, and the price is only what somebody is willing to pay for your specific car.

Does your car have that P30 option with the raised speed governor and such? It looks like it from the wheels on your car.

Stunning car by the way. Best of luck with the sale. I wish your car had been available a few months ago when I bought my black one.

That low?! damn KBB gives me CPO value of:
More Photos
Condition ValueExcellent
$49,475
Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Value Assumes Excellent Condition More

Even Edmunds gives me a value of 49.5k. But your exactly right. It is only worth what someone is willing to pay! too bad I owe 47.5K on it. That would be the lowest I can sell it for

The books are not current. They have no real pulse on the market. There is no way some book could predict a value across the country. Markets and seasons vary.

Hmmm... I thought I had seen this picture before. Is this your car?

I found the same pic in this gallery:
http://www.703power.com/pics/Dyno/

Are you Richie Rich, who used to post here as intellilogic? You are advertising a 2007, but according to this guy, his car is a 2008.

What's the deal?

Thanks. Quite honestly, the only reason I remember this is because of his obnoxious signature. I don't know Richie, but one of his goals was to be a billionaire by 30 years old, and he was boastfully proud that his car cost $130k (according to him).

The real reason I started digging was because I thought I would find pics of him doing donuts in the car in one of his "mischief.tv" videos.

The car pics are a VA car, but the OP is from Norcal. https://mbworld.org/forums/3557886-post12.html

So, maybe the OP bought the car used from this Richie guy? Although it had to be not long ago, since the pics were taken in March 2009.

I'm sure he has a reasonable explanation.
