I would describe it as funneling and smoothing the air into the intake tubes. These would work be even better in conjunction with the python tubes.
Remember the biggest restriction getting air into the engine is the throttle body size so a TTM 82mm TB Kit would do wonders!

All,
Circling back here question for you. Now that my LTH are on (see sig) this is really my last mod to make more HP on my beast.
So here are my questions:
If I did the TTM scoops & Python tubes (but kept throttle body stock) would;
1) I need to retune my car from my current EC Stage 3?
2) Would the HP be negligle at speed as the stock TB makes all of this a moot point?
3) If I would get more HP (again at speed) what would I be looking at?
Thanks as always, thinking about saving up for these now.

How much for these naked? No color, as I prefer to powder coat myself to ensure an exact match to the rest of my engine bay.
