Never lets me down getting to see the hornscrapers that so strongly post their opinions on these boards. I get images of what I assume one looks like and when you find out its usually the opposite!

I got and installed. but it been raining and the it is dirty... I will have pic once the weather is cleared up.... and I have other exterior stuff to install... and then it will be complete.

WOW....I just read this thread from start to finish too. First i recall hearing about the efforts. I'm very impressed and honored to be part of such a great group of individuals.
The 7-series BMW board I used to haunt all pitched in one time to collect donations for a member whose house burned down in the California fires. However, all of you just pitching in to help a pal (and in the hopes of saving the reputation of a former member) was pretty cool stuff.
I didnt know Jangy, but going back and reading some of his stuff, he's clearly volume over substance. It sucks he hosed so many friends.
Anyhow, kudos to all of you.

+1, when I saw the first post I had to read it all, and the amount of compassion and sympathy in this forum is like no other. No doubt that there's some of the classiest, and most respectable AMG owners out there here.
