New Rims, Best Bargain Ever
I recently picked up a new set of factory fresh MB wheels in 8.5x19 and 9.5x19 sizes from parts.com. The rims have list prices of $580 and $590 each, respectively, and they are genuine MB wheels (i.e., no worries about basic quality). I purchased these new wheels for $138 each. Now that's what I call a bargain. Merry Christmas to myself, and the photo shows the first white Christmas in Atlanta since 1882.

Wheels are MB factory accessory wheels for the SL. Part numbers are 2304014602 and 2304014702. If you go to the MB website and do a build your own car for the SL550, these wheels are an option. They're not official "AMG" wheels, but I think they look pretty good on the E55 as plain old garden variety factory MB wheels.

Do share. Where did you get 'em?
Edit: I see that you purchased from Parts.com
I could not find the deal you found though.

This follows-up my earlier post. I've received a few inquiries about finding these wheels on parts.com. The wheels will come up on parts.com if you use the MB accessory parts numbers, which are 66474481 and 66474482. Again, getting MB quality wheels for $138 each in a decent looking 19" rim (which my car requires to clear the Brembo GT BBKs installed) is a nice deal IMO.
Yesterday was the first decent day in the ATL in some time, and I used it to clean up the car and shoot a few more picks of the wheels.
