I've posted my previous employment as lead builder at Cope Racing engines for over 7 years. We built NHRA Pro Stock bike motors 1500cc Kawasaki 2 valves spinning to 13,500rpm NA making 350HP or 233HP/L. There's more but what's the point, I'm not the one calling names for no reason.

Put up $10K that his car has spray or just park your mouth in the garage where it belongs.

Simple your power to weight ratio and 1/4 mile times are off and gearing isn't aggressive enough to run those times.
You would need an additional 100-150 HP to run 10.8.

Everyone with similar final 1/8 either has an insane power to weight ratio which is BETTER THANS YOURS or using WET SHOTS! The best part is that you have the highest Final 1/8 out of everyone on an N/A 63 Car.
What more is there to talk about?
Inspection? I can build you a NOS setup inside your DVD command and put the go button on your wrist watch
