I bought replicas for my previous (now sold) Lexus GS300 from these guys.

The quality was excellent. Cant tell the difference unless you take it off and start looking for the OEM engravings.
If you will go replica, I would get two though, instead of just replacing the one - so that they match perfectly.

go to your local tire shops and ask them if they use a place to weld your cracked rim.
They charged me $40 bucks to do it and a few days.
I would keep them as a spare set.
