Does anyone have shims for a Supercharger bearing

My supercharger is engaging pretty harshly and was looking for just the shims for sale but I can't seem to find them. I know you receive some when you purchase the entire bearing/pulley. Does anyone have a set they would be willing to sell or know where I can purchase them, thanks in advance!

+1 on this. I'm going to stop by a transmission shop tomorrow to find some but if you can order them online it would be nice to know (Or even a big chain store)

Curious on more info for this. I have a bearing but didn't get any shims and was thinking about doing this soon. Do you have to replace the ones currently on there?

I'm somewhat confused as I thought I could get away with simply changing the bearing.

Contact Mercedes they have them. Some transmission shops may also carry them.

x2... mine engages pretty harsh sometimes as well. I have no chirp though but it's somewhat violent.

My clearance is .019"...do you guys think I should bother with it?

I think you should. It should be .035mm-.045mm stock spec. Mine currently is .022 is annoying the crap out of me.

Mercedes would NOT sell me just the shims. They said it is part of the "Clutch Kit" for the SC and would not sell individual things. I have a great rapport with the parts guy and he told me straight up he cant...

On the brightside, somebody on the forum does have a hookup. Until I get mine I wont say who :P (Want mine first LOL)

I installed the shims, my new spec is .40mm and car drives PERFECT and belt slip and harsh engagement GONE!

Got them from Shardul, I dont know if he has anymore or if he can get anymore, so just PM him.

I went to about 10 machine shops, cnc shops, performance shops, auto stores NAME IT! Nobody could make me any, especially that thin and to spec as the oem ones.

Mercedes benz the crooks they are wouldn't sell just the shims, as they come part of the "supercharger clutch kit" for $1500. lmao
