I don't know if it will look up a fault, but I know it did find a code that I had stored and was able to erase it. I had the P0410 from months back. I had solved the problem but never cleared the code. This found the code and cleared it.

No more CEL.

I know it captured params for IATs, Coolant, ambient, lumbar firmness. TPS, boost. All seemed to be accurate with guages and where I was pressing on gas pedal.

So far any guage I've pulled up params were inputed to the guage. Only thing I noticed was a very slight delay between foot and TPS.

J/k on the lumbar firmness.

Thats good to know, its probably because I dont have my elm yet and havnt linked them yet.

So you can see live data while driving?or do you have to log it and then look at it later

Yes on the live data while driving OR log and look at later.

Also, all I know as of right now, TPS is shown in percentage NOT "millivolts-to-volts" like a true PID would be.

Trust me. Once you get this thing loaded and going you'll be amazed at what an Android can do.

PAID.

The way I saw it, all it had to do was clear my code and the rest was all icing on the cake, so I felt just buy it.

Did they give you a tracking number after you ordered, or did it just show up?

Glad to see others jumping on this. The only PID I am having issues with is Long term Fuel trim. Just seems to be a hanging datafeed that reads static at 99.2% ( wich is the default max value. LTF works fine with my OT-2. Just something to look out for.

I've requested a tracking number from them, no response. Hopefully it just shows up.

I'm willing to bet there is a place to submit bugs on the developers website. If not, there should be

I imagine so, the baud rate of this bluetooth adapter seems to be pretty impressive. You figure it's producing enough information wirelessly to support all of the car's params REAL TIME.

I was just being silly about the Android STAR app.

I can just see the commercial now though, A guy lowering his $100K Mercedes, and then saying "WE'VE GOT AN APP FOR THAT TOO!!!"

I bought a universal mount for my phone now all I need is the adapter and I'm good to go. Getting excited!
