I ran a 285-25-20 on a 35MM MRR GT1 rim two years ago and it seemed to be fine. I would love to go 285 but not sure if it will work. The rim is 9.5" wide if that matters. What size was your rear stevebez?

9.5", tyres were bridgestones... they seemed to sit very upright , ps2's (although 275) seem allot more pulled / tapered than the 1cm would suggest.
285's from diff manufacturers can be quite different in terms of fitment.

Ya mine are 18x9 and 18x10 on continental extreme contact dw tires...continental tends to stick out a bit more I think. The nitto's were my second choice though.

Just last weekend I put New wheels and tires on my car. I put TSW Willows with the rear tires being 285-30-19s on 19x9.5s. The offset is a 35mm . They fit under there perfect.
Tires are Nitto Invo 245-35-19F 285-30-19R
Also, I have a set of Brabus Monoblock V 2 pieces 19s staggered for sale-all black.

I run a 285 25 20 on mine and Its DUMPEd in the rear. You cannot put a sheet of paper inbetween the tire and fender. I think a 35 may be a little tall on a 19-20... but an 18 you should be fine...
