JANGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see Jangy was last here 1-3-2011. This is well after we paid his tab since he was a dirtbag and sold wheels that would not be released by the vendor since he had an unpaid tab. Has anyone heard from him and has he paid the money we paid for him back to anyone? I actually think it is pathetic he was here and did not appologize to everyone involved.

fwiw, i don't think anybody expected to get paid back. I didn't. And I think we said we'd all put it into charity if we did get it back.
The main point was to get 55wagon his wheels so he wouldn't have to pay up himself.
If Jangy came on and just said thanks, that would be enough.
It's all water under the bridge now.

Jangy took money from a forum member for some wheels he sold, and when the buyer went to pick them up at the shop where he left them, he actually had not paid for them yet I believe. This is from my memory of reading the thread, please correct me if I am wrong anyone.

Amazing how 55wagon never posted pics. After everyones generosity, it is the least he could do. Props again to those who contributed.

Yeah that kinda bummed me out a bit that we never got to see um. Even if he hocked um at a pawn shop, noone can take away our intentions to help someone, expecting nothing in return. I felt great for weeks after thinking bout what we did.

OH and for the guys that gave the overage (above the amount we needed to get the wheels out of hock) that wasn't able to go to the wheel guy....my wife and I were able to do this "giving tree" thing that helps out people asking for small gifts while they have a family member going through cancer at our large cancer center up here.
We were able to buy a really nice salon style hair dryer and flat iron for a young girl who asked for a nice one. Also some other kids asked for ITunes cards so we hooked them up with some and even helped a elderly woman who wanted some knitting stuff so she could stay busy next to her husband.
So even though we never heard from Jang and never saw pics of the wheels, we still did some major good guys. Thanks again for the help from all!

Exactly! I especially liked when he tried to tell me my car didn't make 42whp gain from headers. I guess my pre and post dynos within 5 hours immediately before and after the install on the same dyno was not a valid scientific test, but his 5000+ posts were...F.uck that guy in the goat ***!

Good move on donating the overages. Nice to see the folks coming together.
Jangy - still a douche. Where are all the folks that were on the other thread talking about what a "stand up guy" he is and that this is all some sort of misunderstanding? And how confident they were he'd make it right?
It wasn't right to begin with. It had "robbing Peter to pay Paul" written all over it.

Jackpro1, that is awsome what you did with the money! I feel much better now knowing that. If dirbag Jangy does pay it back, I say we nominate you to handle donating it! You did a great job and I actually feel better now knowing we helped a member out and additional people as well.
