Car not starting and stalling, help guys.

First of, i decided to post this in the w211 E55 section because its frequented more and im hoping to get more answers. Its a 2006 CLS 55. Went to my local grocery store around the corner, parked up and came out back within 10 minutes. I made an attempt close to 5 times to start her up but she wouldnt budge, she would crank but wouldnt start fully....as if she ran out of gas...keep in mind i jus filled up yesterday and she is well above half tank. I also had a couple of incidents when she would just stall out while going around 5 mph. Is this the infamous fuel problem we are all having in our cars? Fuel pump relay? Or the fuel pump? Any help feedback or help is appreciated

after talking to the person I am going with CPS also

he had CEL on and the car was stall and crank a bit before turning over.
I was hoping he was able to test for fuel pressure which would mean his relay pump are all working.

Can someone send him a PIC of where the CPS is located?

question guys. I just have my cps replaced two weeks ago. Yesterday, same thing happen, it would crank but didn't start fully. I have to wait for it to cool down for about 2 hr before i could start it. What other parts that could be wrong?

first thing to do is pull the error codes off the car. it may be a faulty cps unit.

I have done new fuel pumps & relays, engine sensors, new ignition & keys, service and now I have had the tracking unit removed from the vehicle as well as it has a fuel cut off.

what I find strange is that when my car shuts down I have no power to the fuel pump, 12v cigarette lighter and well as the front power seats.

I think the dealership is saying there is no power going to unit 30 or 36 which control all those systems.

I have spent in the region of $3500.00 trying to sort this problem out and no luck.

I'm really stuck and confused as to what could be the problem.

if anyone has any info it would really be appreciated.

If not CPS, then it might be Fuel relay.
