Jalopnik's Favorite "Depreciation Special" Sports Car: E55
(Disclaimer: I am a fan of the E55 and by no means agreeing nor disagreeing with jalopnik.com. I just thought this was relevant and might be of interest to E55 owners.)
too me sports car = 2 doors + RWD + minimal luxuries + massive HP/TQ




Think about it: you can buy 100k+ car for $30k after a few years. Sure maintenance will still be high but it is still a better scenario than paying high price + high maintenance.... so might as well pay low price + high maintenance. And if you pick the right car, you can end up saving a lot on maintenance as well.I think the E55 would make a very good luxury project car right now
Fuel sending unit replaced, done by dealer.
Rear brakes/rotors
new plugs
replace aux battery
