An ECU tune is highly recommended to make the most of the headers. 30-40 wheel HP for ECU tune, headers and filters is a reasonable expectation depending on what fuel octane we're tuning for. I believe there's a member here who has a white W211 E63- I don't recall his user name, but his car was making somewhere around 440 WHP after the K2 and filters if I'm not mistaken.

After we did the Kleemann headers with a ceramic coating and 2 KLEEMANN hi flo cats and leaving 2 stockers in place , Evo pully , Carbonio airbox and pulled 440 rwhp or around that number .
After Kleemann tune we got 466 Max rwhp .
I would suggest deleting the cats for more of a growl . The KlEEMANN set up sounds a bit refined with the cats .
