Another DI NOC CF Grille...

Saw Taser's 3M DI NOC thread while doing some searches, so I thought I'd try it out on a custom grille I had gotten from SEXSPHERE a couple years back Paint had started chipping on the leading edge, so I took it off for awhile and went back to the stock grille.

It was pretty easy to work with and only took a couple hours of work - worst case, I can always redo it... cheaper than repainting and easier too. Definitely happy with the results.

Lookin' good Tran! Personally I will take a fine versus having the front plate, so far so good though. *knocks on wood*

Looks very nice. Man, you must have some serious paitence! Any thought of hitting it with clear to make it look like it was heat cured? Pretty sure that would work. May want to test it first. Also thinking it would work like glue to keep if from coming loose.

Problem is that in some localities they are just looking for revenue, I've gotten slammed for $150 in fines.

I was thinking about it but I actually like the matte look, I have matte gray Renntech rims, so it's kind of a good look. Anyways, like I said before it's not perfect... so if I end up redoing it, I might consider spraying some clear on it.

It's actually a stock grille with all the vertical slats taken out, someone had it made custom and I ended up buying when it became available.
