Results of 180mm pulley and Jerry tune
This morning we put my E55 on the rollers to see what kind of gains the pulley(180mm ASP) and tune made and to ensure my air/fuel was at a safe level. Jerry did the remote adjustments after a few initial pulls and the net results were 53rwhp and 88 rwtq increase. The air/fuel is still fat but, I'd like to keep it on the safe side and not push the limits.

It initially did 472/528 when it was fully cooled. The final run, after quite a few, the car was hot but, this is how we left it. Here is the last run with the air/fuel:

The 402 rwhp was bone stock. The car has the following upgrades:
180mm pulley
Eurocharged H/E
Johnson CM30 pump
K&N filters
modified stock throttle body
Secondary cat delete and a custom X pipe in place of the OEM resonator.
Very basic setup...
Looking to add long tube's and the TTM fuel rail/injector kit.
Thanks,
Todd

Todd, Nice gains and numbers!! Add injectors , when you add headers.
PS, we all get fuel drops at 5500 RPM range and up, even on my aftermarket pumps and injectors. 80 PSI at LOW rpm helps fuel mpg but pumps flow better at 60 psi .. Long story but that is the pump curve effeciency and my belief that AMG programs 80psi at low rpm and 60psi for high rpm..

Do you also get a big dip in power with a flat spot? Look at modified pull, it goes flat and starts to come back at the very end when its out of peak power. It could mean nothing, you could always ask your tuner about the duty cycles.

Yes, sleeping well at night again...
We triple checked the pulley before we let loose on the rollers.
One of your other customers was at the shop. I didn't get a chance to meet him but, he had TTM stickers on the E55. Rumor was he is running the same mods as me but, with full long tube exhaust and a customer 150 shot of nitrous... If I get his name, I'll send you a PM. He apparently built the car exclusively for street racing...

I will say it again, these cars are so similar in the way they react to mods and tons of heat as the terminators, Todd will agree as he has one.
Side note, the terminator loves the juice coupled with the Eaton, I bet these cars would love the juice too Nothing wrong with spraying a 100 shot to cool things down. I know I will this year.
