Popping noise when turning on an incline??

I recently noticed that while turning to the right when turning into my uphill driveway that I feel and hear a popping noise from the front suspension area. I can't feel it in the steering wheel but, I can definitely hear the pop. My car only has washers lowering the front a bit and I ride in Sport II mode. Any ideas what this is? I put the car on a lift this morning and could not see any areas of concern.

Thanks,
Todd

Either it is getting worse or I'm noticing it more. It now makes a noise when I drive in a straight line an hit any kind of bump. When driving straight, it is a clank noise like there is loose bolt and there is metal on metal contact.

Any ideas? I've looked everywhere for a loose bolt, etc. and can't seem to find anything.

Thanks,
Todd

Same thing Shardul said. I raised the car and let the front suspension hang and I can move the wheel up about 1/2" when I really put force into it. It doesn't make nearly as loud of a noise as I've been hearing but, it does make some noise. I'm hoping this is the issue and will press in new ball joints this week.

What worries me is it seems to be getting worse quickly. For a few days, it was only the occasional pop/thud when I was turning hard. Not I still get the hard turn noise but, as of today it makes a rattle/clank sound every time I hit any kind of bump...

Thanks,
Todd

I have the same problem. It's only driver side. Should I do both side just to be safe?

I was always told to do both at the same time.

FWIW, it is the thrust arms. We're taking it apart again this weekend to replace them. I'm told it is a common item at 60K to wear out....
