Samsung Galaxy Tab Hard Mount in CLS55
As we all know our electronics are pretty **** by modern standards. I had originally bought a MOBRIDGE ipod/BT integrataion kit to help upgrade my toys, but came up with a better idea. My Command had a aux in, so I decided to use my Galaxy Tab to play my music/video sources through the factory command system. As it is intuitive touch screen, I didn;t need any functional integration, only audio and volume controls through the steering wheel which works perfect. The mount is solidly attached through modifying the Samsung car kit and custom work I did to cut and mount to the dash. It's rock solid and doesn't move or jiggle one bit.
As a bonus I now have internet and email in my car via the hspa+ connection on my tab, and have a great display for the Torque Application for all my OBD2 monitoring needs. Best part is I can take it down, and it's barely any different that stock.

How does the internet on that work?
I already decided I'm not gettng nav in my next car, I'm gonna save the money on whatever overpriced thing they're selling me and throw an iPad in the car. For $600 you have internet, music (either through the iPod app, through Pandora or YouTube), navigation and other goodies. I think if it's unlocked you can tether it to an iPhone for free internet.

Audio quality is great, and volume is just a little lower than the sat radio on the command, but loud enough. I have a fiio headphone amp I might add into the mix to boost signal ratio a bit. I can even stream internet radio from slacker radio(though thats probably not the cheapest thing to do).
The galaxy has its own connection to a data network, and the mount is specific to the galaxy. I rooted the galaxy and flashed a custom rom with the european phone, so I can make calls too. I just paired it to a jabra visor mount bluetooth handsfree so now I have all the toys I could want. best part is I just pull the galaxy out and take it with me wherever I go!

The regular 3.5 mm headphone out was very low volume, but the proper audio out cable for teh tab works great. If you have low volume from a 3.5mm output, then you can use a headphone amplifier like the Fiio f3 or f5
