Haters crazy
I went with the ZZP one, as it was identical to the EC one...

The Frozen boost one had smaller ID on the NPT so I decided to not go that route.

hey T, what was the dimensions on the ZZP? I believe it may be identical to the old EC HE but the new EC HE is a monster 30x6x3

You are correct, new Eurocharged HE is a monster...

ZZP HE specs are:

All aluminum construction
Core measurements of 28x6.5x2.25
2 row, dual pass
4000 square inches of fin area
1.8L capacity
6.4 pounds

^ That is the core measurement, while the EC 30" is overall measurement.

The cores appear to be identical, as well EC still advertises the same fin count and capacity as there earlier version. Here is "my" account of the Ec h/e: original was identical to ZZP, Ec then changed attachment point to a more vertical position, the overall length was ~ 32" which interfered with the bumper mounting hardware so they reduced the end tanks narrowing the overall length to ~30".

If you are looking for the easiest, hassle free install, go with the plm as it already has mounting points for the oil cooler('04-'06 only). If you are looking for the most performance(greatest cooling), go with a h/e with the greatest frontal area(the greater the frontal area, the greater amount of clean air, the lower the temps), if you are looking for the "best bang for the buck" and are not afraid of a little fabrication, go with the zzp.
The EC h/e falls in between, as it should offer greater performance than the plm, can be mounted slightly higher up against the bumper support than the zzp, but again no mounting points for the oil cooler. I like the narrower end tanks, integrated barb fittings, and top and bottom cap which EC uses on their h/e.
