FS: Black Power coated AMG surge tanks and valve covers.
I have a set of black power coated valve covers and surge tanks for sale. The reason i powder coat rather than paint them is because rattle can paint jobs tend to fade over time. This power coat will stay shiny.
I will need your stock ones after you install these. If i know you and have done business with you before I am not going to charge you a core deposit. I will ship them out to you in good faith.
Price is 500 plus shipping.

e55 Bullet - forgive the ****ty pics but I just pulled the di-noc off and haven't repainted and wetsanded the engine cover and air boxes yet. . .

It was just an experiment to see what it looked like. Unfortunately, next to the CF python tubes it just didn't look right. It held up to the heat really well but it was just off. I was going to experiment by clear coating it to see if that would give it the look I was going for but then I got lazy
. The thread about the individual in NY who is dipping CF seems interesting but my wife is seriously going to kill me if any more packages come to the front door...especially since all rotors and pads (bought the Akebono pads from partsbin today) steering rack (covered under warranty) and heat exchanger with a split system is all being done next Monday (oh ya - and the valve covers
. She honestly thought that the track day on the fourth was free when I bought the bike
