E55 making max out of it
Need your help in making the E55 as cool as possibel, as powerfull as beast.
-Ordered a set of HRE C90 wheels. already produced, waiting to get them.
- ordered queife LSD, will be in 4 days.
-ordered Brembo 8 piston for front.
-installing now the E63 front bumper and LED in vents + grill
- Kleemann rear skirt
-Kleemann rear muflers
-Lowering
-Klemann steering wheel
Looking for and do not know where to get:
-cool hood, maybe SL BS look
-front lights to change to 63amg like here http://www.netcarshow.com/mercedes-b...llpaper_07.htm which modification to choose so they r blue like on picture?
-CL63 front seats (do not know if they fit, will try next week)
-maybe a spoiler on trunk so the *** looks massive with KLE spoiler gona b bomb
-LED for rear licens plates
-tires pilot sport 2 or P zero?
-sway bars (saw in Brabus, maybe somewhere cheaper for the same?)
-which suspencion to install? cant find any sport...
-any carbon spoilers on e63 front bumper, mirrors?
-methanol/water injection syst?

Which are the best performance parts?
headers supersprint?
which pulley crank or kompressor?
cams?
THB is installed
carbon intake have one but do not know if should install it from VRP...
anyone made slr intercoolers?
lower gear ratio?
electronically tented windows?
what else to install for performance?

OE AMG after 3 times 62-0 they r like soap, the GT version is much better, jave it on SL500, i love the way they work, but sometimes making noise

I have seen a true k4 car with my own drag wheels on it trap 118 in 80d weather and a DEAD s/c pump.
I scanned his car and he was at 178d at idle and I was 97 sitting right next to him after we just raced.
you say in your sig you have a k4 car,did you just put that there because you want to make it a k4 car?
the car with the dead pump put down 55xrwt and 486whp with a dead pump,he would of broke 550whp with a working pump but he didnt listen to me and kept on beating his car with the dead pump and blew up his engine.
Im at k3 and broke 510whp and 597rwt,I can only imagine what cams would do to my car up top end.
If you have a k4 all you need to do is install the vrp airbox,swap out the 168 pulley for a 180 and install cooling mods(heatexchanger/pump) and you will have one of the fastest cars on here.

Brembo GT front brake kit has 380mm discs versus much smaller 360mm discs from the factory, and is lighter in weight for less unsprung weight. Superior braking and resistance to fade. It's a no-brainer if you want better brakes for your car.

The biggest problem is the brake pads. Our oem setup is adequate enough to make for sick stopping power with the right pads. The brakes aren't exactly small.

u take off headers, pulley, cams and sell them. when selling the car, which was the idea, all those parts do not count and people maynly do not want to buy tuned up cars as they belive they r falling apart.

Better pads = better braking.
My bone stock '99 328i brake system (single piston and not even slotted rotors) can stop my car at the track over and over all day long, without an ounce of fade.
However, it's your money, which sounds like you have some to throw away....I mean around.

Keep in mind that, generally, the better the pad resists fade the worse it grips when cold, making it worse for daily driving. Race pads also tend to make a lot of noise.
Everything has a good and a bad to it that you must decide on.
