He wrote me for 79, which will allow me to go to traffic school. He made a point of telling me that, and I said thank you.
I was in traffic behind a bunch of cars, but I was just about to make a move, and I think he sensed my impending "throttle up"

Highway Waste Patrol or local PD? Generally with CHP you have a good chance of fighting the ticket via Trial by Dec and winning. I beat my last 3 tickets with the CHP. Local cops are a toss up. If not for that radio and air support, you could have smoked him!!!!
