I have kleemann headers with the first cats deleted and the rest of the exh stock.
I like how it sounds and maybe down the road Ill swap out the mufflers for the cls55 since I heard they sound deeper.
Iwent this way becasue I dont want my car to sound like a american muscle car(no offence to other with loud exh)but its not my taste at all for my e55.
I also make massive low end torque with my setup

The videos would be a lot more useful if they weren't taken inside a garage with the door rolled up....effectively creating a huge echo-chamber. This is not 100% directed at you, because I see lots of videos done this way; outdoors in open air would be a lot more representative of the "real" sound... and if the recordings were mic'ed properly, the audio wouldn't clip and distort as much.
Throwing revs when the car is in park is OK, but hearing the car "under load" would, again, be much more helpful as a real world example. I've seen a few videos out there where the author took the time to do some gentle "drive bys" to show typical cruising sounds...then a few aggressive drive-bys at full song. The icing on the cake would be a collection of standing starts....some at part-throttle, and at least one with the full-on tire shredding violence!

This is a mockup of the mid pipe before tig welding minus the electric cutout you see:
