2007 E63

Finding a shop in Northern California

I'm going to buy the E63 header set up from Cory from Kleeman of Colorado. However I live in Northern California. Does anybody know a good shop where they can do the install and ECU tune. Bartech of Sacramento is the only place I can find, but they have failed to respond to two of my request, so F* them.

Yeah I'm in Sac. It's no big deal as long as they do a good job.

For header install give Craig a call at Top of the Hill Performance in Livermore and tell him Jack told you to give him a call. He may be pricey but you will not have any worries.

European Werkstatt in Walnut Creek. They installed my friend's Kleemann headers on his CLS63. Talk to Simon. It was a PITA to install from what I heard. The headers needed to be modified a lot to fit and the engine bay doesn't leave much wiggle room.

I live in El Dorado Hills, and my best friend is a master mechanic at the EDH Benz dealer. I can ask him, I'm sure he'd be willing to do it for a much better price then any of those shops. If your interested PM me and I'll talk to him. You couldn't find a better mechanic then Dave.

I also have the name of (2) techs working in the San Jose area who do work on the side they are certified and have their own SDS tools.

Thank you all for the reply. One of the places that repsonded to me was TheWorkShopMB in Emeryville (Oakland). To do the full install with ECU will be $1020. This includes having to ship the ECU out to Kleeman in Colorado. Is this a good price?
