3 piece rim repair
I have a crack on my front inner rim and I want to know my options.
Welding?
rim repair shop?
replace inner rim?
Anyone ever spit a 3 piece rim apart and replace the inner rim?
any advise would be appreciated

The problem with welding any wheel but steel, is that it creates a stress point, to which the facture will occur again given enough stress.
Trust me, I know. It's better just to swap out the inner barrel, in the long run.

I actually had the same issue and PM Bill. He was very helpful and fast with his recommendation. I too have a crack on the inner lip. Previously I had already fixed the crack once and fixed two slight bends on the same wheel. Since it was the second crack, I decided to replace the inner barrel. I am sending it to HRE to get it repaired. The local wheel repair shop wanted $150 to replace the inner barrel. I dont know if I can trust one made in China.
