I only test drove it once and that was in traffic. So I was able to feel some of the power. Since getting it home last Friday it has been raining steady and I just got it off the trailer yesterday and the roads were still wet. I have yet to drive it WOT and see how it actually runs.

Gee I'mm surprised a seasoned rep such as yourself hasn't seen this yet? It is a classic though and maybe I'm biased but I believe it could be the best ever car TV advert. First it captures the viewers interest and gets the adrenaline flowing then secondly the flow creates suspense and involvement with the audience aware of the threat unlike the totally oblivious husband, then finally with a flourish tells you (a) the ad is for a car and (b) everything you need to know about the car and (c) makes you want to own said car.

Personally I havent watched commercial TV in about 5 or 6 years now. Life is too short to sit around trancing out to whatever propaganda they want to make you believe. With Youtube and the like one can be far more discerning and informed.
