Thinking about selling..can't determine fair price 06 E55

I'm having the hardest time nailing down a fair price to list or accept for my '06 E55. Here's the run down.

~61K mile
Black with charcoal interior
Tinted windows
Loaded...doesn't have panaromic but just about everything else
Dynamic seats, xenon headlights, parktronic, keyless go, etc.
Newer tires with plenty of tread
No mods
Very clean

I did have one accident few months ago; front end hood, headlights, beautiful repair, no frame damage

I also have Chrysler Extended warranty good through 2015 or 112k miles.

I am seeing trade in values as low as $21k to private sales in mid $30s so struggling with fair value.

Also, as a side note, if anyone is interested in buying, you can contact me.

Thanks for the help guys!

06s with decent mileage are fetching high 20s. If it has a bad car fax, they are hard to sell no matter what mileage.

I wouldn't take less than 27-28 for that car with the warranty.

Then IMHO,

you would be holding it a while. Sounds like a nice car, but with that much paintwork, and no pano roof, 27-29 sounds like a bit much. Yes, I think some of these cars are doing some big $$ (3's or close to it), but they have to be ALL there--no paint, pano, right color (which black is it?), right miles. Guess it just depends on how much you want to fish, or how quick you'd like to get out. Is it just me, or are there many more of thiese things coming out of the wood work now?

My reasoning of the price is warranty until 2015 or 50,000 miles and the mileage isn't terribly high and it has everything minus pano it seems like to include the dynamic seats instead of active. Yes to some people having a bumper and that was replaced and not the original is a big deal but to others it means nothing as long as it looks as it did from the factory.

Agree,

excellent warranty situation. But he didn't say that it had a replacement bupmper--he said front end/hood/headlights. And that sounds like about a roughly $4k ticket at the body shop--1k for the bumper cover and trim/hardware, about 1k for the hood, about 1k for the lights, and about 1k labor. That's much more than a bumper cover. Again, for these cars to do big $$$, they absolutely have to be the right one. It is also about to be 6 model years old, which is going to make financing options tougher. Don't get me wrong--I'm not saying anyone should run or avoid, it's just a matter of how much time he's willing to spend versus what he wants to take.

Still good stuff!

2005 E55
What do you guys think my 05 with 66k is worth?

Keyless,hids,trunk closer,vented seats

Black on black

Mods
178 pulley with all new asp accessory pulley and all new belts.
Kleeman headers and kleemann tuning
amg ported 80mm tb with ported powder coated inlet.
Powder coated amg intakes
Renntech carbon intake
Carbonio carbon engine cover with the carbon intake tubes
Ttm front intake scoops
Eurocharged heat exchanger
Brand new pilot super sports with gloss black f14 wheels.

Car has no codes pending or thrown and will clear all readiness monitors and get a sticker with ease.

The only problem is 2 keyless go buttons on 2 doors dont work and the paint is 8.5 out of 10 with a small little dent in one spot.

I could get it buffed to bring it closer to a 9 out 10 and just wondering where the market is now.

These cars may be getting old but they are amazing and wanted item that is going to get more and more rare as time goes on. I think they are only going to go down to a certain point and then hold like for example a B5 S4 that is blue booked at $8000 is selling for $12-14000 often times with mods and sometimes even closer to $20,000 if it is a nicer under 100,000 mile car with good power.

$29k trade in on '05? Wow! I think they must have made extra $ on the sell side. That seems out of range for trade in value on '05 that is missing some pretty popular options.
