Resonator Delete and Lowered Alignment. Chiromikey get in here.
Took my ride up to Redline Speed Worx in Washington, NJ on Monday to get a few little tweaks done. I want to keep the car as driveable as possible as it is my daily for my relatively short commute.
JR at Redline Speed Worx had previously lowered my car via STAR, but she needed an alignment badly afterwords. Squirrely wasn't the proper term, she was loose. JR is a former Mercedes Master Tech and knows his way around an AMG. He installed new factory camber bolts to the car (apparently an OE Mercedes piece) and aligned the car to factory specs while lowered, tweaking them slightly to keep her tracking well and minimizing tire wear. The thing rides AWESOME now. For anyone who's car is lowered in the NJ area I highly recommend you give JR a call and get this done to your ride. They are a class group of guys and even stuck around late last night for me to pick my car up.
They cut out my resonators as well. I was aware as soon as this was completed when Ryan from the shop called me to tell me he wanted a 63 after hearing it ROAR. The car sounds insane now, I absolutely love it. Very tame at lower RPM's. It comes to life with a bark and really sings when I get on it. Rock solid work from these guys.
