Art or Auto Exhaust Pornography?
Just took delivery of my updated MBH headers and center section and laid it out in anticipation of bolting everything on this weekend.
The headers are gallery worthy:
Due to emissions testing rules in the metro ATL area, I opted to go with high flow cats for my set-up. In this shot, I've installed new downstream Bosch O2 sensors in preparation for the install since my originals are nearing the end of their service life. I already replaced the upstream sensors a couple months ago, so all of the O2 sensors will be fresh.
Here I've laid out the mid-pipe configuration. I selected the straight pipes option since I already have both resonated and non-resonated X-pipes to choose from for the install. I don't need two crossovers in the system.
I know what I'm doing on Saturday. Can't wait.

What size are the primary's? Other than the collectors has the design of these changed?

We try to make the best stuff available for these cars. It was my goal when I started MBH and it still is my goal today. I can make a system like this available in a group buy for a awesome price. 100% bolt in, no o2 extending, lifetime warranty. We can even offer a multi-platform group buy for even better pricing.
Best Regards,

Really good pricing
The only thing that changed was we ditched the Vband clamps to help make the mid-section more cost effective. Having Vband clamps adds about $150 to the set up. So we just did away with them

CA is tricky, I don't live there so I don't know the rules like I do in Arizona (land of the free home of a million guns) I hear even touching the exhaust system in CA is against the rules. Strangely enough we use CA approved cats. We sell these systems as off road use only. With this particular system it is very easy to swap back to the factory system as no cutting or welding is required when used with our mid-section.

How "forceful" will this setup sound? Any droning, or is it good to go for a DD? This will remove everything between the engine and the mufflers, correct?
And a general question for you CA folks: will a car registered out of state still be harassed by the 5-Oh for exhaust work? I'll be registering my car in a state where it's pretty much a crime if you don't modify the exhaust on your V8.

@mike How do I get a set of those cats for my setup?
Oh and by the way these are "off the hook" as far as sound and power gained.
NO DRONE and no raspy idle.
They are as smooth as silk until you put your foot to the floor then all hell brakes loose!
They transform your car! It's like going from mild mannered Clarke Kent to Superman.

Anyone done a video clip of this setup? I might be re-prioritizing my mod list if a group buy happens.
