CEL misfiring after installing pulley, pump and

This is for G55 but I have heard both cars share same engine so I thought about posting here due to more active members in w211 section

the car has about 70k mile on it and was running smoothly. I did pulley, filter, pump and ECU tune. Drove the car for three weeks with no issue. I took it to dealer for service then on my way home after about 20 mile car went under power and was not performing well. I turned the car off and back on, all went to normal but CEL still on.

I took car to dealer again and it shows that there was misfiring in cylinder #4. they cleared it and changed all spark plugs. Drove the car for almost same distance and same problem happened again.

Back to dealer, same issue and same cylinder. We tried to switch coils and same problem happened.

I would highly appreciate your feedback if you have faced such an issue. I was told by some friend it could be the brand of spark plugs or the gap distance on them

"Took it to the dealer for service" seems to jump right off the page at me. Sounds like a reflash back to stock. Did you tell them straight up DON'T flash this car......not one time!!???

I didn't mention that to them but I did load the modified file to the car after i picked up the 2nd time.

Put the tune file back and from there you can start troubleshooting. The dealer for sure re flashed with the stock file.

I did same issue. i had the dealer clear all codes, flashed the car, drove it for 20 miles no issue. Then when i was about to enter home CEL on.

Check your injectors cable and functioning. If I were you I would throw it in the stealer, get a good car from them to use till fix the issue. This is the time where you use the money you paid for the stealer, hammer them and call big manager coz i know that in the gulf they tend to don't care until you take it to higher level.

so are you saying it's nothing with the tune or the parts? sound like you are confident that it's dealer fault ?

no to be rude but if you dont know what a compression test is, i think you sHould take it to a indy mechanic and ask him to do one on all 8 cylinders

Ok, do you know what AFR your tune run? What tune do you use? Did you floor the car many times? The things you did should not trigger a CEL. When got the CEL, how the car behave? I mean engine, on idle or while driving, normal? shaking a little bit? when you give gentle push up to 3 rpm while on gear is on and you raise the rpm slowly and gently, does the engine shake a little bit? i mean when you are inside the car, do you feel some shaking?
