Cost for Star lowering?
Hi all,
I am just wondering how much the cost to lower car with Star is?
There is a local ad on the bay area craigslist that the guy wants $300 for the service. So is $300 fair? too cheap? too expansive?

$50 is the going rate. Most dealers have no idea how to lower vs STAR. In fact most dealers have no clue how STAR even works beyond flashing updates. Never mind the nity grity good things.

Too bad,
I hate stealer, so I do not have any connection with any service mgr.
I only brought my car to MB of Oakland once in my life for $1100 service that should cost 50 cents for the fuse.
Anyone in the bay have a connection to a Star? I am willing to pay for the service as long as it's right

i'll be in the north bay area next week and could bring my star but desired speeds' offer is probably more practical.

I do lowering with my star and charge 150 and when they ask for all the Lil gadget changes I charge 300 but I do give that benefit that if something comes up I'll hook it up at no charge but is not like a life time thing either.
