Any Recomendations On Who To Lease E55 From

Please let's hear some lease rates some of you got and recommendations who has the best lease around right now on a new E55. I assume none of you got any discount at all on MSRP-is that a correct assumption? USA vehicles only please.

$40K upfront?
That doesn't sound very competitive.
Residual is supposed to be around 61% at 39 months.
Paying upfront implies cancelling out part of interest factor.
Maybe he got all possible options or something?

??? Do you mean 4k upfront? 40K upfront (if it's mostly cap reduction) would translate to a very low monthly payment depending on taxes and total acquistion costs . OR the 40K may represent multiple refundable security deposits. I know that BWM offered that option in the US with an very attractive implied interest rate - better than Bank CD's.

I shopped around and selected Lease-by-Tel in Dearborn. MSRP/actual was $81k. Residual is $41k, $1347 per month for 39 mos., 0 down, $395 lease fee, @.18 per mile over 11K per yr. Fantastic service-took no more than a few days for them to wire transfer funds to my dealer in Palm Springs.

Angry Lease-By-Tel hassle not worth the savings

Problem with Lease-By-Tel is that they give you the run around when it comes time to delivering the car to you. I got my car more than 3 weeks after the date I was promised. Had to spend more than $600 on rental cars in the meantime. They kept coming up with excuses after excuses. They would promise me it would be delivered on a certain day and they kep coming up with excuses. The savings were just not worth the hassle..Next time I will speak to my local dealer in person face to face

It's probably better find the car yourself, work out the lowest sale price from the dealer and then ask about his lease deals. Then make a few calls to find what other terms you can get elsewhere on the same car.

The dealer just wants to move units. He will do okay if you lease his car from someone else and do even better if you lease from him. If he wants to, he might even match any offer you find.
