+1 Cooled seat is useless....... don't feel much at all. Only use few times and give up.

The seats are actually called, Vented Seat. NOT cooling seats. I agree they are useless.
The best two option on your car are the Pano Roof and the KeyLess Go.
Anyone serious about an E55 should look at miles, conditions, records, keyless go and pano roof. The rest is just the rest. You can put the rest of it in. IMHO.
I brought a 2004 E55 with everything but the ipod hookup and sat radio. I put in the sat radio, bluetooth puck and ipod about to be put in too.
My favorite feature is without a doubt (100%) the Keyless Go. The Pano Roof is great too, just everyone who knows anything about these cars is the fact that they are super quick and unassuming.
I love your car and if I didn't buy one already, yours would be mine. Good Luck with it and good luck to the new buyer, it's a deal.

Oh, I added the rear spoiler too. Mine looks just like yours and I am extremely happy with mine.
