This place is a joke.
Just ordered my Kleemann headers today...Scheduled to get a stock dyno run this week for some baseline numbers, and then again after the headers and tune. Will update when it's all done but will be about 3 weeks before I can install the headers. Car is all stock with the exception of a PLM heat exchanger, and just installed a fresh Bosch 010 factory pump.

Sensors
I just bought a 2004 E55.
We don't have emission restrictions here in South Africa so I took it to my local muffler shop to have the cats removed.
However when the car was on the lift we could see the previous owner cut the boxes open and removed the stuff inside. An adapter with some of that stuff inside is screwed in between the box and the last -lower- pickup - probably to fool the ecu in picking up a cat conv.
My problem is the engine light that continue to come on.
Is there anyway to get around this? Even if I replace the whole front piece together with new headers, how do one get around the light coming on.
I don't want the light completely eliminated because if something else does go wrong I need to know.

cornfed gtr and m3
^^You will need a retune to take full advantage of these headers so just have your tuner turn off the cel (best bet is to get a Kleemann tune to go with them). Also, these headers are a performance bargain. You can't beat Cory or Kleemann!

I was just reading your old post on wanting to only pay $2000 for headers installed and everyone said you were crazy. I guess the MB tax is going down finally.
