REALLY? Didn't even fill up more than 80%!!

Right after fueling and driving home

This is REALLY getting old.. I always make it a mental note not to fill up past 3/4 to avoid this and I guess that wont cut it anymore.. I'd better get used to driving around at a half tank...
The fuel is probably wicking through the gasket cause its getting soaked from a steady leak and soaking into the matting. Whatever glue held the matting together is melting from the gasoline (amazing solvent) and making it stick at the bottom. <---my theory.
Get a hold of NHTSA on this ASAP though. Benz specifically said this was impossible.

it would not suprise me if a dealer tech messed this up and didnt realize it.
Forgot to highlight, hope you don't smoke.....
So based on the pictures above, I can only imagine 4 possible areas could cause a leak, where is the actual leak coming out from?
(a) Big O thinggy
(b) is it a vent pipe in the middle where it's connected to L elbow outlet?
(c) one of the connector?

His age is of no importance to this thread. He has a right to complain like anyone else. Just give him a chance man.

No harm done, I understand him completely. No person wants to hear a 17 yo ***** about a problem on a car they them selves couldn't own. But then again, doesn't matter who complains, as long as they have a reason to.

Don't worry. I don't see it as hating, I see it as constructive thinking. But, what ever it takes, let me know how I can help. I am here for the long haul, if it means getting all these W211's FIXED, not DELAYED
