LOOPING FUEL RAIL, PARTS QUESTIONS???????
can someone send me a link to the fittings I need for looping my fuel rail? Also I need a link to the steel braided fuel line I need. Someone sent both to me a while back and my wife deleted it.

This has been covered a few times, Keep in mind there are no fittings that you can just buy and weld on your fuel rail. all weld fittings are too long and will not let your rail clear the tight tolerances needed after adding a loop. the fittings have to be machined down for proper fitment. Along with tight radious an fittings.
If you don't have a Jig, A way to pressure test the rail after its welded, or a way to back purge the rail with argon, we recommend not to attempt looping the rail. However we would sell you a builder kit if you want to do it yourself, So there is no guess work involved.

If you are asking the question, you probably should just buy one from someone that knows what they are doing.....

If the rail leaks, you are in for major problems man, make sure this is done right, as fuel and super hot temps/surfaces do not mix well. I have the TTM rail on my car.

I spent a lot of time looking into this and have fabricating for years and when it comes down to cost of buying one compared to building one and buying the injectors, it wasn't even a question. The guys at Fabtech Performance have the complete looped fuel rail with the perfect length stainless braided hose and AN fittings and the upgraded injectors with connectors. By the time you buy the injectors, AN fittings, stainless braided line, and the parts to fab the rail you'd end up paying yourself about $3.50 an hour to get it done.
I'm all for building anything I can for my cars myself, but they're kit comes with everything you need to get the job done at a very good price. I say give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
Just my two cents.

A fuel rail is not that hard.
I did my rx-7 which has two fuel rails, hoses and fittings than the looped fuel rail.
PM grantwoodtx on how to do it or buy a stock one from benz and go to a welder, show him the SLR photos and have him fabricate a hard pipe.

Jesus, we just had a freaking thread on this very topic! In fact, it's YOUR thread.
https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...questions.html
Part numbers are readily available if you search. Also on the 'other' forum, Planet something.........
Bottom line, whether you buy one pre-made or do it yourself, THEY ARE ALL WELDED! THEY ALL CAN LEAK! Pressure test , new o-rings, and your fine. some of you here make it out as if this item is made by some infallible deity or something. Take it to a radiator shop which most have a great deal of experience welding plus they can easily pressure test.
